About Copper Barn

Scratch-made, certified specialty, and a little stubborn about it.

We make over 40 special sauces and salad dressings from scratch. We make our own coffee and espresso flavor syrups from scratch, because the age of artificial is over.

The coffeebar runs on a reverse-osmosis system, so every espresso, tea and ice cube starts from clean water. Certified specialty. No preservatives. Pure cane sugar. And a full bar to round out the day.
